- Additional (shared) membership details
Our Legal basis for processing your data is “Contractual” for the following types of processing:- Membership information, gift aid information, renewals and volunteering activities that you have agreed to.
Our Legal basis for processing your data is “Consent” for the following types of processing:- Sending newsletters and events information
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting claire.mcburney@btinternet.com
If consent is withdrawn, we will not be able to send you information as indicated above
Your data will be processed in line with the Principles and Individuals’ Rights of The General Data Protection regulation

We will not disclose your information to any other organisations or individuals. If there is at any time a requirement for us to do so, we will contact you to obtain consent.
Storage & Disposal
Your information will be stored securely and will not be transferred out of the European Union.
If you discontinue your membership with The Melton Old Church Society, we will remove any personal information from our database. Please note that we will have to retain financial records for 7 years in accordance Statutory Requirements (Charities Act and Taxes Management Act)
